Can you describe your organisation within TEFRON’s IT department and how myCOD fits into your operating mode?

At Tefron, our IT organization is divided into two main teams: one based in North America and one based in Israel, where the key IT decisions are made for the entire company.

My role as IT Manager for North America is to coordinate local activities with the team in Israel, while being responsible for IT operations for North American markets including logistics and distribution.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?

We mainly used myCOD for custom developments, especially in the context of integration of document management and process automation with IDM.

For example, the development of a specific script to optimize our document management and automate our processes. We also used myCOD for training on Infor M3 features that our teams were less familiar with. At this time, we have made few requests related to functional expertise, but this may evolve with our future projects.

What do you think are the strengths of myCOD?

The first advantage of myCOD is its flexibility. Having access to on-demand support is a real benefit for us, especially when urgent or specific needs arise. The responsiveness of the teams is excellent and their ability to provide us with the technical skills we need quickly is very appreciated.

What do you think of the billing system in myCOD based on time spent until problem solving?

The time spent payment, with a ¼ hour mesh, is a real asset. This allows us to manage our budgets accurately, without any surprises. So far, there has been no significant time difference between estimated and actual time spent on requests, which reinforces our confidence in the myCOD service.

What terms would best define Authentic’s myCOD service?

I would define the myCOD service by three words: flexibility, responsiveness and expertise.
