How did the collaboration with Authentic start ?

The group has been using Authentic’s myCOD support and TMA since 2018.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?

Currently, the requests are of type exploitation, as for example requests related to EDI flows. We also integrate technical requests and specific developments in order to implement non-existing functionalities. For example, parcel management, a major project in 2024. We have important projects ahead, including production and warehouse management. We will need all the expertise of myCOD to support us on these projects. Whether it is on technical, functional or ergonomic aspects.

What do you think are the strenghts of myCOD ?

One of the key points is the weekly governance meeting, allowing me and my teams to specify the important actions to prioritize, to identify potential bottlenecks. The responsiveness and quality of the speakers are excellent. Our myCOD partners are eager to find the expertise needed from other Authentic consultants in highly technical contexts or those requiring strong expertise. There is also a real transfer of skills and knowledge from the Authentic team to our teams. The answers are clear and well explained.

What do you think of the billing system in myCOD based on time spent until problem solving ?

The billing to time spent is very good for us as part of the support. Nevertheless, it is important to differentiate the project and support in order to be able to track ticket consumption in relation to associated budgets.

What terms would best define Authentic’s myCOD service?

Consistency and quality. The consistency and quality of the consulting teams in charge of requests but also the quality of the answers given. There is also a real transfer of competence and this is very much appreciated within our company.
