The collaboration between the Normandy-based company Groupe Nutriset and Authentic Group through myCOD is blowing out its first candle. It is perfect timing for an assessment.

How did the collaboration with Authentic start ?

Dominique DUMONT : We met Authentic during a meeting of the French M3 User Group in Nantes. At the time, we were looking for a new partner to help us move forward with certain issues. We signed a myCOD Professional contract in March 2021.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal ?

Dominique DUMONT : Internally, we provide first-level M3 support. We call on myCOD consultants to help us move forward on substantive issues. We primarily use their expertise for complex functional requirements in all areas. We use a very large number of functionalities and modules of our ERP Infor M3 13.4, so we have needs in a wide variety of business areas.

What do you think are the strengths of myCOD ?

Dominique DUMONT : Not paying a subscription suits us perfectly. The unlimited lifetime of the tickets as well as the degressive cost according to the level of expertise of the consultant are also very appreciable.

As for the interface, the myCOD portal is very practical. The available summary reports allow us to monitor our expenses and tickets consumption.

Regarding the quality of service, we appreciate the skills of the consultants working on our requests. They take the necessary time to understand our issues and are available to discuss them in video or by phone. We always get fair and honest answers in terms of ticket billing.

Finally, the monthly follow-up meetings with the myCOD manager are very useful. They complete a smooth and efficient support service.
