FRIAL, a European leader in high-end frozen foods, is a long-standing customer of myCOD. Nathalie Grycan, in charge of the information systems management, looks back on 12 years of successful collaboration between Frial and Authentic.

Can you describe your organization within Frial’s IT department and how Authentic support fits into your operating mode? 

Nathalie GRYCAN : The department is composed of 3 poles : a technical/network/security pole of 3 people, 4 Infor M3 project managers and a person who deals with Business Intelligence. .

Today, all the members of the IT team use myCOD and can create requests. As a manager, the myCOD portal allows me to have 360° visibility on all the requests that my colleagues post. This is very useful.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?

Nathalie GRYCAN : Very few incidents as such but rather requests for support, improvement and advice on business-related topics within the ERP.

What do you think are the strengths of myCOD?

Nathalie GRYCAN : Quick answers. When I have an issue, I create a request and very quickly I get a quotation. Thanks to this quick feedback on the budget, I can pass on the elements and validate with users what to do next. It is very convenient.

myCOD also provides a very well-defined framework for our requests. The portal allows for the traceability of exchanges and the budget validation system before intervention avoids overruns and unpleasant surprises.

myCOD is really a simple and user-friendly system. We are also trying to build an incident management tool internally and the myCOD portal serves as a reference. It is so well designed and easy to use that we draw inspiration from it to describe our expression of need for an internal tool.
