It has been almost a year since the Aix-en-Provence-based company Captain Tortue signed a myCOD Enable contract with Authentic. After twelve months of collaboration, what is the outcome ?

How did the collaboration with Authentic start ?

Jérôme BONINO : In 2013 we implemented the Infor M3 ERP with an integrator that was not Authentic Group. After a few years, we wanted to benefit from additional support to back up our internal team. An independent consultant recommended Authentic to us. We found out that Authentic had a very good reputation in France among many companies using M3

Once we were in touch with the sales team, we were seduced by Authentic’s speech, approach and honesty. The simplicity of the commercial process as well as the ‘no commitment’ aspect of the myCOD offer definitely convinced us to start our collaboration with Authentic at the end of 2020.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?

Flavien APOUX : We call on myCOD consultants mainly for two types of requests: resolution of incidents and quotations for evolution requests.

What do you think are the strengths of myCOD?

Flavien APOUX : I really appreciate the regular follow-up meetings I have with the myCOD manager. The centralization of requests in a single portal and the traceability of interactions on each request are also real strengths.

Jérôme BONINO : More and more, we use the myCOD portal as a knowledge base. Since incident resolutions are documented on each request, we gain in efficiency and responsiveness on recurring incidents.

I also really appreciate the involvement of the consultants and the collaboration between our teams. It’s a real plus to have an easy access to a pool of experienced consultants capable of responding to all the issues surrounding M3.
